• Messages — anything you write to us through our contact form, email or social media.
• Testimonials — your name, location and feedback if you submit a review through our website.

Information from your purchases

When you buy a guide, our checkout partner Selar shares order details with us, such as your name, email address, the product you bought, the amount paid and the date. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, cookies and similar technologies may collect basic technical information, such as your browser and device type, approximate location (city or country), the pages you visit and how you arrived on our site (for example, from a Facebook advert).

• To deliver the guides you buy and give you access to them.

• To publish testimonials — only when you have sent them to us for that purpose. We never publish phone numbers or email addresses, and we hide personal details in screenshots.

• Selar — processes payments and delivers your guides.
• Our website hosting provider — stores and runs our website.
• FormSubmit — securely forwards the messages and testimonials you send through our website forms to our inbox.
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — the Meta Pixel helps us measure how our adverts perform, if you allow advertising cookies.
• Analytics and email tools — help us understand website traffic and, if you subscribe, send you emails.

We may also share information if required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.

06Cookies & tracking
