01About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of goldenreachmedia.com and to every digital guide or bundle you buy from Golden Reach Media (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or buy our products.
02Our products
All Golden Reach Media products are digital guides (usually PDF files), sold individually or as bundles. No physical products are shipped. We describe each guide as accurately as we can on its product or sales page, including any bonuses that come with it.
03Prices & payment
- Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) on our website. Buyers outside Nigeria may see the price converted to their local currency at checkout.
- All payments are processed securely by our checkout partner, Selar. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.
- You pay the price shown at checkout at the time of your purchase. We may change prices or run promotions at any time, but this never affects an order you have already paid for.
- Each purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
04Delivery
Your guide is delivered instantly after successful payment — on the Selar confirmation page and by email to the address you entered at checkout. Please make sure that email address is correct.
If you have not received your guide, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us with the email address you paid with. We will make sure you get access.
05Refunds & money-back guarantee
In short: if the page you bought from offers a money-back guarantee, we honour it exactly as stated on that page. Otherwise, because guides are delivered instantly, sales are final — except where the law or the situations below require a refund.
Guides with a money-back guarantee
Many of our sales pages offer a money-back guarantee (for example, a 30-day guarantee). Where a guarantee is offered, it is part of these terms, and the guarantee period and conditions stated on that sales page apply.
How to request a refund
- Email support@goldenreachmedia.com (or use our contact form) within the guarantee period.
- Write from, or tell us, the email address you paid with, the guide or bundle you bought, and roughly when you bought it.
- Approved refunds are sent back through Selar to your original payment method. How long it takes to reach you depends on Selar and your bank.
When we will always refund
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You paid but never received your guide, and we are unable to fix this.
- A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.
When we may decline a refund
We may decline a request where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeatedly buying and refunding guides, or copying, sharing or reselling a guide. Bundles are refunded as a whole bundle.
06Personal-use licence
When you buy a guide, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. You may download it, read it on your own devices and print a copy for personal use.
You may not copy, share, upload, sell, resell, rent, give away or distribute our guides (in full or in part), or pass them off as your own, without our written permission. Sharing a guide in WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels or file-sharing sites is not allowed.
07Health & wellness disclaimer
Our guides share practical, natural approaches for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional.
